7.- RETURNS
7.1 CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT OF RETURN
The Buyer will have a minimum period of fourteen days from the receipt of the good object of the contract to exercise the right of withdrawal and in that case THE CANOEING HOUSE will reimburse any payment received, including, where appropriate, the ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which you have been informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer will bear the direct costs of returning the good and must return or deliver them to THE CANOEING HOUSE, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the contract to the employer.
